Very nice hosts. Food nicely decorated and tastes good. I like to go there every now and then.

Very nice little quaint restaurant with very nice service and of course very tasty food, I can only recommend it. A must for the next visit to Freiburg.

Huge portions and very tasty

The food was delicious, the portion was huge, the service was honest and nice, the prices were very reasonable, but most importantly: there is Waldhaus beer!

Service and food are good. We just sat outside in the beer garden. The ambiance is a bit old. Design of the card and deco something shirt-sleeved.

Too bad wanted to eat there because according to the description late kitchen would be available But around 9 pm it was already 10 pm despite the door being open. Nothing more to get ???? Too bad then we had to look elsewhere

Local a little out of the way from the center, so reachable by bike or car. Very typical, friendly owners speak English. The best Schnitzel ever eaten served with imaginative salads and lots of chips. Very good. One of my references when I return to Freiburg. They also have outdoor tables
